12.1. | PINTURA INTERIOR / INTERIOR PAINTINGS
Pintura plástica con textura lisa, color blanco, sobre paramentos horizontales y verticales interiores de yeso o escayola, preparación del soporte con plaste interior, mano de fondo y dos manos de acabado.

12.2. | PINTURAS EXTERIOR / EXTERIOR PAINTINGS
Revestimiento de fachada, formado por maestreado en blanco roto y enlucido fino con predurex o similar. Pintado con pintura pétrea de color a elegir. / Lining of facade, formed by maestreado in white and fine plaster with predurex or similar. Painted with paint stone of color to choose.
